Breakfast/Lunch money may be brought to the schools from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Meals are to be paid in advance. Free and reduced priced meal applications are available at the school or on the school website. These applications should be completed and returned prior to the first day of school.

FinalForms is our new, digital way to submit forms throughout the District. This will allow forms to be completed in one place. Parents will be able to login from our website. Watch for an email with additional details from FinalForms before the start of school.
Handbooks will be available through our new digital forms provider, FinalForms. Parent and student signatures will be collected digitally.
Fillmore Central School District will be providing the needed classroom supplies for all students, grades K–8, this school year.
This includes items such as notebooks, folders, pencils, highlighters, glue, crayons, markers, scissors, Kleenex, calculators, etc.
This does not include a backpack or items that students may wish to use in their lockers such as shelves or decorative items.

Kids connection is a health insurance program developed by the state as an extension of Medicaid. Its purpose is to provide health coverage to uninsured children across the state. Application materials will be available at the Elementary, Middle School and High School offices.
All athletes participating in the interscholastic athletic programs at Fillmore Central Public Schools must have insurance to cover injuries that might occur. The athlete must be covered by family policies or through the student insurance purchased by parents/guardians. Student insurance policy forms may be obtained at the AD’s office at the high school.

All Kindergarten and 7th grade students, and students transferring from another state are required by law to have a physical and current immunizations before they will be allowed to start school. All students who will be participating in athletics must also have a physical prior to the first day of practice. Physical forms are available at the local physician’s offices or may be picked up at the high school office.

Students may sign up for lockers on August 7th, 8th, or 9th from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Children must have reached the age of five years on or before July 31 to be eligible to enter school. Birth certificates and immunization records are required for all new students (including kindergarten). Students enrolling in Kindergarten or transferring from out of state, must have a physical and vision evaluation. Students will not be allowed to begin school without these records.
Organized practices for all 9 – 12 fall athletics will begin on Monday, August 7th. Pre-participation Physical Evaluation Clearance Form, NSAA Student and Parent Consent Form, Fillmore Central Activity Signature Page, and Medical Release forms must be turned in before students will be allowed to practice.
Activity passes are $75 per person. They are able to be used at any regular season games. Your name will be added to the list once you have paid. Passes will not be accepted at Conference or District events.
K-12 Fillmore Central Students and Fillmore Central Fans that are 65 years or older are free. Please contact Dawn to be added or to make sure you are on the list.
